Public transport: from the congress centre, take tram 1 at ‘Duchesse Anne – Chateau des ducs de Bretagne” (5 minutes from La Cité) to Chantiers Navals (4th stop). Cross the bridge and continue to the right. There is a tram about every 5 minutes - last tram is at 01:30 AM

Letter of invitation

The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. The letter will be sent as e-mail attachment. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.

Insurance, liability

FIAPAC does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance, and participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies in their country of origin.

Conference language

The conference language is English. Simultaneous translation will be provided into French.
