Welcome letter by Prof. Kulakov
Dear colleagues!
On behalf of the Russian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (RSOG) it is my great pleasure to welcome participants of the International Seminar Abortion, Contraception and Womens health at the Research Centre of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology in Moscow (Russian Federation) on October 27-28, 2005. The Seminar is organized by the
- International Federation of Professional Abortion and Contraception Associates (FIAPAC),
- Russian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology and
- Research Centre of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology.
The aim of this International Seminar is to exchange scientific data, modern achievements in safe abortion and contraception. I hope that the Seminar will provide continuing medical education for young gynecologists too. I am confident, that this Seminar will appeal to the wide range of interests of our participants and guests.
The Seminar will truly be a global experience, an international extravaganza socially, culturally, and professionally.
Besides the professional benefits, the Seminar provides several other opportunities - that of renewing old acquaintances, new friendships, meeting renowned scientists and perhaps extending an invitation to them to be part of one's own regional and national annual meetings.
I wish all participants successful and creative work. I hope you will enjoy scientific program of the Seminar and social events in Moscow.
