Teaching and information material:

All participants are invited to bring teaching and information material like leaflets, posters and videos used in their country or institution. Please contact the organising committee if you have material to sell.

Registration:
Members: 200 Euro (Non-doctors: 150 Euro)
Non-members: 250 Euro (Non-doctors: 200 Euro)

(Lunches on 13 and 14 October are included)
Late registration fee is 50 Euro for all registrations received after 15 September 2006.

Registration can be done by downloading the form here, completing the form on the screen, printing and signing it and sending it back via mail or fax.

Dinner on October 13 will be charged separately.


Language:
All presentations will be given in English.
Simultaneous translation will be available.
Questions will be translated into English.

Accommodation:
Rooms have been reserved at a special rate in the hotel where the conference will take place.
